We come under the umbrella of the property management company Martignoni gérances immobilières (www.martignoni-gerances.ch), and we deliver a comprehensive service to secondary residence owners in the management of their property asset. Espace Vacances welcomes travellers who rent via private owners and other service-providers. We will handle all the formalities related to the handover of keys and check-in (including taking the deposit, and collecting tourist taxes). We’re also happy to get the accommodation ready for rental, and to check its condition once the renters have left the property. It’s just one of the ways that owners can be confident that a trusted onsite representative will efficiently handle any rental they arrange.
Espace Vacances also runs a highly efficient maintenance and facilities management service. We will co-ordinate any work that needs to be done - ensuring that the accommodation is always in good working order, and always clean and tidy. Owners are also welcome to make use of our concierge service to monitor and check any work being done by whatever business or organisation is appointed - so owners who live far away and don’t have the time to handle that kind of thing can enjoy peace of mind.
Espace Vacances is happy to handle domiciliation formalities for individuals within the Municipality of Nendaz. We will deal with invoice payments, take in letters or parcels, and will handle all administrative tasks related to your accommodation including tax declarations and insurance management.
