L’appartamento è situato in un palazzo residenziale vicino al centro ma allo stesso tempo in una posizione un po’ defilata e pertanto molto tranquilla. La fermata della navetta gratuita si trova proprio davanti all’ingresso. L’appartamento lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito, in ordine, ben tenuto e dotato di ogni comfort (tv sat, wifi, riscaldamento regolabile, ecc.). La cucina è nuova e completamente attrezzata di ogni tipo di utensile, con anche la lavastoviglie e il microonde. Ci sono due terrazzi dai quali si può godere di una bellissima vista. La camera da letto era silenziosa e i letti molto confortevoli. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato il deposito sci riscaldato e il posto auto nel garage interno. La posizione dell’appartamento ci permetteva di muoverci a piedi o con la navetta, senza mai dover ricorrere alla macchina.
Per quanto riguarda la gestione amministrativa della locazione, abbiamo riscontrato disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità. Tutto sommato un’esperienza molto soddisfacente. |

Purtroppo non c’erano informazioni sufficienti a capire se e come funzionasse, in quanto era presente solo una scheda informativa e solo in lingua tedesca. Inoltre nella doccia c’erano i pezzi di uno specchio rotto. Evidentemente eravamo passati al momento sbagliato!
La piscina comunque ok. |
