Very nice 6-room flat on 2 levels, , for 8 to 10 persons, approx. 120m2, located in the residence Les Marmottes in Haute-Nendaz and distributed as follows: on the lower level : 1 double room for 2 persons (2 mattresses) with access to the South balcony - 1 room with bunk bed for 2 persons and access to the North balcony - 1 room for 3 persons with 2 single beds and 1 bed 140x200 - 1 bathroom with Italian shower, wc, 1 bathroom with Italian shower, wc, washbasin and towel warmer - fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, large fridge, Nespresso coffee machine) - living room with spacious dining area with exit to the South balcony, sitting area with flat screen TV, DVD Blu-ray, PS2 (with games) and WIFI. Upstairs: 1 separate toilet with washbasin - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 mattresses) and 1 single bed - 1 bedroom with 1 bed. Baby bed and high chair available in the flat. On the landing: very large wardrobe available for the flat. Laundry room in the building. Outside: parking spaces reserved for the building according to availability. Very good location, a few minutes walk from the centre of the resort and all amenities (bus stop, bakeries, post office, banks).
