With a surface area of 85 m², this bright and comfortable accommodation offers a pleasant setting for mountain stays, in summer as well as in winter.

The apartment comprises an entrance, three bedrooms and a renovated shower room with WC and sink. The first bedroom has a Queen Size bed of 160 × 200 cm and direct access to a north-facing balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds side by side, also with access to the balcony. The third bedroom, suitable for children, includes a bunk bed (maximum length of 180 cm, maximum weight of 60 kg).

The independent kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen utensils. The living space comprises a lounge with dining area as well as a sitting room with television. Internet connection is also available.

The main asset of this accommodation is its pleasant corner balcony facing east/south, benefiting from beautiful sunshine throughout the year and offering a remarkable view of the Rhône valley. Garden furniture is available to make the most of this outdoor space.

Central heating ensures optimal comfort during the winter season. Outdoor parking spaces are available in front of the residence, subject to availability.
