Access to the exposed balcony from the living room.
Included in the rental: 1 private parking space in the garage of the building, access to the heated swimming pool. In the building: lift and ski room. Non-smoking flat and no pets allowed
The building *Les Genêts* is located in the Tracouet ski lift area, right next to the ski slopes. 150 m from the departure of the cable car and 200 m from the bakery. Funicular to reach the downhill part of the resort at 150m.

Appartement propre partiellement rénové, au 4e étage donc calme, accès par ascenseur. Cuisine bien équipée. Place de parc couverte (parking en sous-sol), super pratique en hiver. Emplacement top à 5mn des remontées du Tracouet.
