Access to balcony from living room.
Included in the rental: 1 private parking space in the building's garage, access to heated swimming pool, private ski locker, heated and ventilated, located just 30 metres from the cable car, in the ski lockers by Espace Vacances. It can accommodate up to 5 pairs of skis - ideal for a smooth departure to the slopes! In the building: lift and ski storage room. Non-smoking apartment and no pets allowed.

Appartement propre partiellement rénové, au 4e étage donc calme, accès par ascenseur. Cuisine bien équipée. Place de parc couverte (parking en sous-sol), super pratique en hiver. Emplacement top à 5mn des remontées du Tracouet.
