Entrance hall with storage space, living room with corner sofa and sofa bed (140cm), TV and access to east-facing balcony, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespreso coffee machine), dining area, 1 double bedroom with access to 2nd balcony (15m2), 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, 1 bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin.
The Chaëdoz residence is 800m from the centre of Haute-Nendaz resort in a quiet area, and the Tracouet cable car is 500m away on foot.
In winter: free shuttle bus stop, conveyor belt and toboggan run 100m away.
In summer: swimming pool and tennis court 50m from the building.

Beautiful 4 1/2 room duplex flat with sauna, for 6 persons, approx. 120m2, located on the top floor of the Lake-Placid residence in Haute-Nendaz.
Very good central location, a few meters from shops, restaurants, shuttle bus stop, ice rink, funicular to Tracouet.
The rental price shown is for 6 persons; for 8 persons, please contact the agency.
