The fully equipped American kitchen will seduce cooking enthusiasts. It includes all modern equipment: refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a complete collection of crockery and kitchen utensils.
Relaxation enthusiasts will appreciate the outdoor jacuzzi and the warm atmosphere of the chalet, with its fireplace and central heating. Two televisions are available, and WiFi allows you to stay connected.
The outdoor spaces are just as attractive: garden, terrace, balcony, garden furniture and barbecue offer multiple possibilities to enjoy the surroundings. The chalet is perfectly located at a comfortable distance from restaurants, shops and ski slopes (only 1.5 km away).
A pet is welcome in this chalet.
A private parking is available including a garage. A second vehicle can be parked in front of the garage. In winter, access to the chalet can be difficult. It is recommended to park in the spaces next to the containers and access the chalet on foot.
The chalet is non-smoking and ideal for family or friends' holidays in a rejuvenating mountain setting.

Beautiful chalet for 8 people, approx. 130m2, located in Pracondu, close to the Tracouet slopes, below Haute-Nendaz.
Layout: entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4), 1 bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin.
Main floor: large living room with sitting area, TV, WIFI, soapstone stove, dining area, open-plan fitted kitchen with vegetable-garden stove; access to west-facing terrace from dining area.
Upstairs: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin.
Pets allowed
Parking: in winter: access on foot to the chalet: please park 50m from the chalet. In summer: outdoor parking space in front of the chalet (maximum 2 vehicles).
